At Buds N Blush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
